I am always working in a changing environment and adapting to the business’s needs is crucial. Adaptability is about having the right people in the right place and doing the right things. If you are an adaptable leader, you avoid the reluctance to change due to lack of self-awareness, poor communication, unclear decisions, ego, and lack of accountability.

The changes within Newsquest and the industry enable me to grow by keeping me engaged with the challenges. It is an environment of recognition and development.
